PLB Micro Duct

Owing to the tireless efforts of our procurement team, we are able to provide PLB Micro Duct, which is developed by co-extrusion technique and the base raw material used is High Density Poly Ethylene. This duct can withstand the pressure during HSAB as well as traffic load. Further, PLB Micro Duct is a versatile and unique solution for high speed air blowing of optical fibre cable. This mirco duct is accessible in green, orange, yellow, red, brown, violet, grey, blue color as per customers requirements. 

Material Used

Permanently Lubricated HDPE Ducts are manufactured by co-extrusion technique and the base raw material used is High Density Poly Ethylene. The grade of raw material is ultra violet grade confirming to IS:7328 1992 and IS:2523 or ISO 1183 & 1133 and is designated as PEELA 50T 012 (CACT Approved) and inner layer is permanently lubricated with material of DOW Coming grade 50MB002.

Product Range

PLB HDPE Duct are available in 32/26 mm, 40/33 mm and 50/42 mm with and without rope. Length available are as per customer requirement. Colors available are GREEN, ORANGE, YELLOW, RED, BROWN, VIOLET ,GREY, BLUE
